4-H & FFA Financial Literacy Grant Program

The Foundation has a new 4-H and Future Farmers of America Financial Literacy Grant pilot program that will allow banks to apply for a $250 grant to be donated to a 4-H or FFA chapter in their community.

To apply, a bank presents a financial education lesson or workshop to members of a local group. Topics may include, but are not limited to, topics such as budgeting, project financial records, loans or lines of credit, managing scholarship money or paying for college. Twenty-five grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis; only one grant per TBA-member bank.

Our hope is this grant will allow banks to continue to serve their agricultural and ranching communities, while providing financial literacy to students who participate in these local programs.
