Ms. Boecker has over nineteen years of financial management, banking, trust administration, compliance, fiduciary account management and business development experience in multiple roles with banks in Texas, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio. She is President, director and co-founder of Boerich Holdings and The Iuvo Group, Inc., financial, managerial and fiduciary services companies located in College Station, Texas. Ms. Boecker is also Vice President & Senior Trust Officer for Thomasville National Bank dba Lone Star Trust & Investment Services in College Station, Texas. Ms. Boecker is also a member of the Board of Directors for Westbrook Energy Group in Houston, Texas. Ms. Boecker is a current member of the Trust Administrative Council of the Texas Bankers Association Wealth Management division and has previously served on the education committee of the same. She has also served as an instructor for the FDIC's Money Smarts program. She is a 2005 graduate of the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Brazos Program and past coordinator of the First National Bank of Bryan's Junior Board of Director's. In addition, Ms. Boecker has been a guest lecturer in the Mays Business School on financial services at Texas A&M University. Ms. Boecker has held leadership roles in various organizations to include president, vice president and director. Ms. Boecker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Texas Bankers Association Trust & Graduate Trust Schools and is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Agency (FINRA) to conduct securities transactions and business with the investing public.

Brian Korb has more than 27 years of Investment Management and teaching experience. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Business
Administration with distinction in Finance from the University of Michigan, and a Doctor of Philosophy in
Family and Consumer Sciences Education from Iowa State University. In addition to his work at Broadway Bank, he has taught economics, investments, corporate finance, and financial planning at West Point, Trinity Western University (British Columbia), and Texas Tech University and is currently an adjunct professor at Schreiner University in Kerrville.
