Dian has more than 30 years of banking experience, primarily in trusts and estate management. Dian earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Political Science and Philosophy from Southern Methodist University and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Dian started at First Interstate Bank, then helped start Belmont Trust Company as its senior trust administrator, later joining JPMorgan Chase Bank and most recently with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, where she managed multigenerational trusts. She is currently the Secretary of the Dallas Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.

Brian Korb has more than 27 years of Investment Management and teaching experience. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Business
Administration with distinction in Finance from the University of Michigan, and a Doctor of Philosophy in
Family and Consumer Sciences Education from Iowa State University. In addition to his work at Broadway Bank, he has taught economics, investments, corporate finance, and financial planning at West Point, Trinity Western University (British Columbia), and Texas Tech University and is currently an adjunct professor at Schreiner University in Kerrville.
