Former TBA chairman appointed to ABA board

David W. Osborn, the Texas Bankers Association’s former chairman for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, was appointed to the American Bankers Association Board of Directors.

Osborn, CEO and president of WestStar Bank in El Paso said, “It is a privilege to join the ABA Board of Directors.” He continues, “I look forward to advocating for Texas bankers and ensuring their perspectives are well-represented nationally. This appointment is a tremendous opportunity to support the future of the banking industry.”
