Texas Secured Loan Documentation

Don’t miss this once-a-year opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the documentation used in today’s complex lending transactions. The day begins with a review of UCC legal principles, practices and standard security agreements. The basic characteristics of the various types of legal entities (i.e., corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc.) which borrow or guarantee loans and the documentation required for each will also be discussed. Perfection requirements for problems involved in securing a loan by UCC and non-UCC collateral and priorities among lenders will be addressed.
