Bank Supervisor School

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing. Please email to education@texasbankers.com. Cancellations received on or before October 23 will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received October 23-30 will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after October 30 or “no shows” will not be refunded. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on an individual basis. Substitutions are permitted without penalty.

The registration fee includes program materials, all daytime meals, online behavioral assessment tool plus a welcome reception (guests invited).
Note: For IRS reporting purposes, the food cost portion of your registration is pending approval.
A notebook with course materials will be provided onsite for each student. The hands-on curriculum features an in-depth case study project and class exercises. Additionally, students will be asked to complete an online behavioral assessment prior to attending to participate in the Wednesday morning sessions. Completing the assessment will help you better assess and understand your style of managing and communicating.
Attendees will be notified once credit has been approved. CPE credits are pending approval with:

Vicki is CEO of InterAction Training. Vicki’s 25+ years of Community Bank experience started at the family bank in rural Nebraska, serving as a bank teller and eventually becoming CEO. Her many years of banking include credit card lending experience where she was a member of the management team that launched the Cabela’s credit card program. She has a passion for developing people for success in the financial services industry. Banker’s value Vicki’s highly engaging “been there, done that” approach to all facets of her training and speaking engagements.

Heather Legge is a senior training specialist for InterAction training. Heather is also a certified executive coach, founder of Envision Success Inc, and author of Lead With Moxie.
